OPULENCE WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT

This Waiver & Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned participant (“Participant”) in consideration of being permitted to attend or participate in events, activities, or functions at Opulence. By signing below, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Acknowledgment of Risks
Participant acknowledges that participation in any event, activity, or function at Opulence may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or other harm. Participant understands these risks and voluntarily chooses to assume them.

2. Release of Liability
In consideration for being permitted to enter and use the facilities, Participant hereby fully releases and discharges Opulence from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to: (a) Participant’s use of the facilities; (b) participation in any event or activity; and (c) the actions or omissions of other participants, guests, or vendors. This release applies to claims of ordinary negligence but does not extend to claims resulting from Opulence’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Opulence from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) brought by third parties arising from Participant’s actions, conduct, or use of the facilities.

4. Drinks Provided
If any beverages (including water, soda, or other refreshments) are provided at the event, Participant acknowledges that Opulence has no responsibility or liability for their quality, safety, or consumption. All responsibility for such beverages rests solely with those providing them.

5. Personal Property
Participant acknowledges that Opulence is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal property brought onto the premises.

6. Medical Treatment
Participant authorizes Opulence to provide or obtain emergency medical treatment if necessary and agrees to assume all related costs.

7. Binding Effect
This Agreement shall be binding upon Participant, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

I certify and acknowledge that I have read this Waiver & Release Agreement, fully understand its terms, and agree to be bound by it.
